Andrew Campbell
Andrew has more than 20 years of experience of personal injury litigation and his experience as a former horse owner and rider (half Shire half Cob) gives him the upper hand in the specialist arena of equine law.
Recent examples of clients Andrew has acted for include:
- serious spinal injuries caused to a rider by a car passing too close and spooking the horse
- significant settlement for a rare somatoform psychiatric disorder arising out of a car v horse accident
- six figure compensation for an employee of a riding yard trampled by horses through lack of training on how to do her job
Andrew is a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine and he has been featured as a leading lawyer in the Legal 500.
