£12,000 compensation for horse rider injured by an untraced driver

We were instructed to act in a case against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau:

Having established that the MIB was responsible for compensating our client, we were in a position to obtain evidence to value her claim.

The matter settled last week in the sum of £12,000. Compensation was awarded for her pain, suffering, loss of amenity and associated financial losses.
